Returning & Exchanging goods
This policy applies to goods purchased through our LizzyLove online store and any items purchased at our physical retail store.
We promise to exchange any item/s that are faulty or not as described when you return it to us in it's original new condition. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on sale items. We will happily exchange or refund you for an item/s that are faulty or not as described, providing the following conditions have been met:
- The items with the original receipt are returned within 14 days of purchase.
- Items must be in original condition as purchased, with all labels/tickets attached. Garments must not have been worn.

For a refund, please contact us via email at email@example.com and indicate the reason for return. Goods must be returned within 2 weeks unworn and unwashed with all labels/tags attached. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered).
We can also assist you should you like to exchange an item for another size or colour, etc . You will be charged in full for the exchanged item and refunded in full, excluding shipment costs when the item has been returned to our store in its original condition, unworn and with all the tags attached to the garment.
Please note that exchanges are subject to availability of goods, therefore please list alternative item/s in case we have sold out of your first choice.
Please do not re-use our courier bag. Make sure your name, address, phone number and instructions are included. Comments would be appreciated. We cannot accept any pre paid satchels, envelopes, cash or stamps for redelivery purpose.
