What is the LizzyLove pre-order sale?
It is your chance to be organised for Christmas. We have some great deals on offer in store and online.
All you need to do is submit an order and wait approx. 4-6 weeks and we will make contact once your order is ready for in store pick up or to be sent on the courier.
Be organised, grab some awesome deals and save heaps of time by pre-ordering and avoiding the crazy Christmas rush.
Placing an order
Feel free to pop in store (86D Bush Road, Albany) any time between 10am-4.30pm and grab a pre-order form. Have a wander around the store and arrange payment and processing of your order with our staff members in store.
Please place an order through our website just like any other order. We will then review your order to confirm stock, and process your order.
Feel free to send us an email with the items you wish to pre-order (Please use our item names as per our website) we will send you back an invoice and proceed with payment and your order will be underway.
- If an online item states that it is “OUT OF STOCK” or “CONTACT US TO ORDER” unfortunately this means that this item has sold out and we do not have any more stock available for pre-order.
- Once you have placed an order we will contact you to proceed and arrange payment. At this time we will do our very best to advise if stock is unavailable or the pre-order quantities are sold out.
- In the unlikely circumstance an item is unable to be fulfilled after confirming your order we will advise you ASAP and offer an alternative or a refund on this item.
You are more than welcome to pay for your complete order upfront upon us making contact to confirm your order.
- We are more than happy to arrange a 6 week layby option with pre-order.
- When proccessing an order online please select payment method of 'BANK TRANSFER' and ensure to send us an email immediately to be advised of a layby payment plan.
- 20% non-refundable deposit is required to process your order and then weekly instalments are to be made over a period of 6 weeks.
- Once the order has been processed we are unfortunately unable to adjust or change your order.
We are more than happy to exchange sizes so long as the item is available and meets our exchange policies we are more than happy to exchange the size for you.
We do not accept returns on items unless they are covered under the consumer guarantees act.
Can I return an item if I change my mind? No, sorry all sales are final. If an item does not fit as long as we have stock available and meets our exchange policies we are more than happy to exchange sizes for you.
Purchasing a gift and you are really unsure of sizing. Please advise and we can provide you with a gift exchange card.
Gift exchange cards are unavailable for discontinuing items (please get in contact if you are unsure, we are more than happy to help)
