Returns and Exchanges

Returning & Exchanging goods

This policy applies to goods purchased through our LizzyLove online store, marketplaces and any items purchased at our physical store.

Incorrectly Supplied or Faulty Goods:

In addition to your rights under New Zealand consumer law, we will happily exchange or refund you for an item/s that are faulty or not as described, providing the following conditions have been met:

  • Items must be in original condition as purchased, with all labels/tickets attached. Garments must not have been worn.
  • We are notified within 24hrs of you recieving your order. 
  • The items with the original receipt are returned within 7 days of purchase.

To file a request, please contact us via email at sales@lizzylove.co.nz and indicate the reason for return. We will credit your original method of payment.

Exchanges

We are more than happy to assist you should you require to exchange an item for another size or colour, etc . You will be charged in full for the exchanged item and refunded in full, excluding shipment costs when the item has been returned to our store and it has been confirmed that the following requirements have been met:

  • The items with the original receipt are returned within 7 days of purchase.
  • Items must be in original condition as purchased, with all labels/tickets attached. Garments must not have been worn.

To request an exchange, please contact us via email at sales@lizzylove.co.nz and provide details of the requested exchange.

Unfortunately we can not accept returns or exchanges for the following items:

  • Sale Items
  • Hoisery (Tights, breifs etc) for hygiene reasons
  • Jewellery for hygiene reasons

PLEASE ENSURE TO GET IN CONTACT BEFORE RETURNING YOUR ITEMS TO US.

Any items returned without prior approval will likely not be accepted.

Please note that exchanges are subject to availability of goods, therefore please list alternative item/s in case we have sold out of your first choice.

Please send items back the way you have received them (E.g. In a box, do not squeeze garments into bags as this can damage items) Make sure your name, address, phone number and instructions are included. We cannot accept any pre paid satchels, envelopes, cash or stamps for re-delivery purpose.
