Q: Does LizzyLove have a retail store?
A: Yes, we do have a ‘bricks and mortar’ store. The store is located in Auckland on the North Shore at 65 Paul Matthews Road, Albany. We are open from Wednesday to Saturday, but are not open most public holidays. Our store telephone number is: (09) 973 0968 and you can contact us via email - email@example.com
Q: Where can I find a size chart?
A: There is a variation in measurements from style to style so please refer to the individual items size chart for the most accuracy. These can be found on each item under the 'Description' section (near the bottom of the page). If you require any assistance please don't hesitate to get in contact.
Q: Are the products listed on your website ‘in stock’ items?
A: Yes, all items listed on our website are in stock in our Auckland store (unless a specific size is shown as out of stock), and if ordered online will be shipped the following day. Urgent orders can be processed the same day for 12pm.
Q: Can dresses that are ‘out of stock’ be ordered in?
A: Yes. If you would like to order a dress where the size required is showing as being ‘out of stock’ or 'Backorder' please contact us and we can order the required size in for you. A number of items are available within a few days, and nearly all available within 3 weeks. You will be asked for a non-refundable 50% deposit on the items before the order can be confirmed.
Q: Can I layby my purchase?
A: Yes Laybys for ‘in stock’ items are welcome. We require a 20% deposit on the purchase price with the balance payable over the next 6 weeks. If ordering on-line and you want to layby your items, please select the “Bank Transfer” option when checking out. Laybys on special orders can also be arranged, provided the deposit is 50% of the purchase price. Send us an email and we can assist you with the final arrangements.
Q: How can I ensure a perfect fit?
A: We know that shopping online can be a little tricky. We are happy to answer any of your questions about a particular item. Please contact us with any questions that you may have about a particular item. We will probably ask you to supply more details such as chest and waist measurements so please have this information handy.
Alternatively, if you are in the Auckland region you are welcome to pop into our showroom in Albany - peruse online, and pop into our store for a fitting.
Q: What is the Returns Policy?
A: Should a product be faulty on arrival or not be as described on the website we are happy to refund the full purchase price, and for other reasons we are happy to provide store credit on return of the item, provided that the following conditions have been met:
- Items must be in the original condition, unworn and with the swing tags still attached
- Items must be returned within the first 7 days of purchase.
This is of course in addition to the rights provided under New Zealand consumer law.

Q: What is the Sale Items Returns Policy?
A: Sale items are still covered by normal consumer laws, but unfortunately due to limited time frames we cannot accept returns or exchanges because of a change of mind or incorrect sizing. Please choose sale items carefully.
Q: How can I contact LizzyLove out of office hours?
A: You can contact us by sending an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org or when you contact the store at (09) 973 0968. Please leave a voicemail message with your query and contact details. Your message will be dealt with on the following working day. We will do our best to ensure urgent messages and emails are picked up and dealt with promptly.
Q: What does it mean if an item says *Estimated arrival ___* in the header? Can I purchase this item?
A: We have stock coming in all the time, so we note on the header if stock is currently in air and on its way to us and an ETA to enable customers to purchase in advance, and secure the item(s) early as some of our items fly in and out so quickly. Please note if 1 item from your order is an estimated arrival, the rest of your order will be held and combined once all items have arrived in store (Unless multiple freight expense is paid).

Q: Can I get a style of dress sent down to me for sizing/colour comparing?
A: Yes this can be arranged, however you will be required to pay for the items you wish to have sent (along with freight) and be credited back in store credit any returns as we do not offer refunds.
